We're always looking for people to partner with. We have a number of ideas and projects we're incubating, and we're looking for the right people to bring them to life. That could mean matching you with one of those ideas, bringing you into a team that's already forming, or simply starting a conversation that leads somewhere unexpected. The best companies often begin that way. What matters is that you want to build something real and are looking for the right environment to do it.
What we're looking for
We don't care about your background, title, or years of experience. We care about how you think, how you work, and what drives you.
Whether you're an engineer, designer, operator, sales or something else entirely — it doesn't matter. We're looking for great people who want to build great things.
You're a builder. You ship things and make things happen. You use AI and whatever tools you can get your hands on to move fast and figure things out. You're resourceful, curious, and persistent.
You're also ready to commit. This isn't a side project or something to explore part-time. If you partner with trebl, you're in it fully — building a company from the ground up.
Location
Stockholm is preferred. Sweden or the Nordics works well. Remote is possible for the right person.
